Join us for a very special beer dinner featuring all American Belgian Style Sour beers.
Three of the beers have been cellared in house with varying vintages. There will be a familiar face back in the kitchen for this special event. Chef Roe Dileo has a long history with The Libertine Bar and will grace its kitchen once more to bring you this excellent line up of sour beer & food pairings.
1st Course: Salmon Crudo with sesame, ponzu & cilantro. Paired with New Belgium 2011 Vintage La Folie
2nd Course: Crawfish Bisque. Paired with Sierra Nevada Otra Vez
3rd Course: Hibiscus Cous Cous, wild rocket, goat cheese & sweet plum salad. Paired with Destihl Flanders Red
4th Course: Coffee rubbed beef tenderloin with Lemley tomato & dill potato. Paired with Boulevard Foeder Projekt #1 2013
5th Course: Honey cornbread with braised apricot, bourbon crème anglaise & cayenne almond hard candy.
Paired with Dogfish Head 2012 Vintage Festina Peche
The dinner begins at 7pm. Tickets are $70pp (plus tax). Reservations are required and can be made on 214-824-7900 or with our friendly staff.
